Do you pay cash?
No. Rewards are paid exclusively in TalkGenAI credits, which can be spent on the platform. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.
How do I get my link?
Every account has one. Sign in and open the Invite & Earn tab in your dashboard — your link, your signups, your paid conversions, and your earned credits are all there. There is no application and no approval step.
When exactly do the credits arrive?
The 5 signup credits are added when the referred person creates their account through your link. The 50 conversion credits are added when that same person makes their first successful subscription payment, on any paid plan. Both are automatic.
How long is a referral remembered?
Seven days, on a last-click basis. Your code is stored in the visitor's browser session when they arrive through your link and is applied if they create an account within that window. If they clear their browser data, switch device or browser, or sign up more than 7 days after clicking, the referral cannot be attributed.
Is there a limit on referrals or credits?
No. There is no cap on the number of people you can refer and no cap on the credits you can accumulate.
Do the credits expire?
No. Referral credits are added to your bonus balance, a separate pool from your monthly plan allowance, so a plan renewal never overwrites them. They stay on your account until you spend them or the account is closed.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are prohibited — you may not use your own link to create a second account for yourself, your company, or through a proxy. Creating accounts to farm credits is grounds for removal from the program and reversal of the credits.
What if the person I referred cancels or gets a refund?
Credits you have already spent are not clawed back. We do reserve the right to reverse unspent credits from a referral that is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
Can I earn credits on the free plan?
Yes. Any account can refer and earn. On the free plan, bonus credits are also what unlock AI hero images — so earned credits are immediately useful.
Did this program used to pay commissions?
An earlier version of this page described a cash commission program that was never opened — no partner was ever enrolled and no commission was ever earned or paid under it. It has been replaced by the credit-based program described here, which is the program that actually runs.
TalkGenAI Referral Program — Terms

By sharing your TalkGenAI referral link you agree to these terms. They replace the previous affiliate program terms dated February 7, 2026, which described a cash commission program that was never opened to partners and under which no commission was ever earned or owed.
1. Eligibility
Open to all accounts. Every TalkGenAI account is issued a referral link automatically. There is no application and no approval.
Self-referrals: prohibited. You may not use your own link to create an account for yourself, your company, or through a proxy, and you may not create accounts for the purpose of generating credits. Doing so may result in removal from the program and reversal of credits.
2. Rewards
Signup reward: 5 credits, added when a new user creates a TalkGenAI account through your referral link.
Conversion reward: 50 credits, added when that referred user makes their first successful subscription payment on any paid plan. This reward is paid once per referred customer.
Credits only. Rewards are paid exclusively in TalkGenAI platform credits. They are not cash, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account or person.
No cap. There is no limit on the number of referrals or the amount of credit you may earn.
3. Credit Balance and Expiry
Referral credits are added to your bonus credit balance, which is separate from your monthly plan allowance and is not reset by a plan renewal. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
Credits are forfeited if your account is closed or deleted. Credits are consumed by platform actions at the rates published in your dashboard, and those rates may change as the product changes.
4. Attribution and Tracking
Attribution window: 7 days from the click, last click. Your referral code is stored in the visitor's browser session when they arrive through your link and is applied if they create an account within that window.
Limitations. Attribution depends on the visitor's browser. It will not survive clearing browser data, switching device or browser, or a delay longer than the attribution window. We cannot credit referrals we are unable to attribute, and our records are the final record of what was attributed.
Re-registration. A referral code presented by someone re-registering after deleting a previous account is not credited.
5. Reversals
We may reverse unspent referral credits where the referred account is refunded, charged back, closed as fraudulent, or found to breach these terms. Credits already spent on generated content are not clawed back.
6. Promotion Guidelines
Disclosure. You must clearly disclose that a link is your referral link when you share it publicly (as per FTC guidelines or your local equivalent).
Paid search (PPC). You are not allowed to bid on “TalkGenAI” branded keywords or variations (e.g. “TalkGenAI coupons”, “TalkGenAI discount”).
Spam. Promoting through unsolicited email, automated social media comments, or deceptive “fake review” sites is prohibited.
No results or earnings claims. When promoting TalkGenAI you may describe what the product does, but you must not promise or imply any outcome we ourselves do not promise. Specifically, you may not claim or imply that TalkGenAI guarantees any search ranking or position, any level of indexation, traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions or revenue, any timeline for results, or any citation in an AI answer engine. You may not present another customer's results as typical.
No claims about competitors. You may not make disparaging or comparative factual claims about other products or agencies in TalkGenAI's name, and you may not state what competing tools can or cannot do.
Accuracy. Prices, plan limits, credit allowances and features change. Link to our live pricing page rather than restating figures, and correct any outdated claim promptly on request. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own promotional content, and you indemnify TalkGenAI against claims arising from statements you make about the Service.
Enforcement. Breach of this section is grounds for removal from the program and reversal of unspent credits.
7. Changes and Termination
We may change the reward amounts, the attribution window, or these terms at any time, and we may end the program. Changes apply to referrals made after the change is posted; credits already added to your balance are not removed because the program changed.
We may remove any account from the program for breach of these terms.
By sharing your referral link you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, and that rewards under this program are paid in TalkGenAI credits and never in cash.
