Our Commitment

TalkGenAI is an online service that writes SEO articles and publishes them to your website. We believe everyone should be able to use it independently and with dignity, and we treat accessibility as part of the product, not an add-on.

The Standard We Follow

We have adjusted this website to meet, as far as possible, Israeli Standard (IS) 5568, "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines", at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. IS 5568 is based on the international W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, level AA.

The site also meets WCAG 2.1 at level AA, the level that the European standard EN 301 549 requires for web content (its chapter 9), which is the standard used under the European Accessibility Act.

What We Have Done

• Keyboard: every link, button and form field can be reached and used with the keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space).
• Skip link: a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page jumps straight past the menu.
• Visible focus: the element you are on with the keyboard is marked with a clear outline that stands out at least 3:1 from its background.
• Contrast: text and buttons meet the AA contrast ratios, form fields have borders that stand out at least 3:1, and links inside sentences are underlined, not marked by colour alone.
• Status messages: confirmations, progress updates and errors are announced by screen readers without moving your focus.
• Forms: fields have labels, and fields that ask for your own details support your browser's autofill.
• Motion: animations that run on their own can be paused with a "Pause animations" button, and the site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
• Structure: pages use real headings, landmarks (header, main, footer) and lists, so screen readers can navigate them.
• Images: meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
• Language and direction: each page declares its language, and Hebrew pages are laid out right to left.
• Zoom and mobile: you can zoom the page up to 400% without scrolling sideways, the layout adapts to phones and tablets in either orientation, and text stays readable when you increase letter, word and line spacing.

We test with automated accessibility checks (axe) and by hand with the keyboard. The site works best with a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts may not yet be fully accessible. We know about these:

• Charts and graphs in the dashboard, such as the Discovery Graph, present information visually and may be hard to use with a screen reader. If you need that information in another format, contact us and we will send it to you.
• Third-party services that we link to or embed, such as Google sign-in, the Paddle checkout and the WordPress plugin directory, are run by those companies and follow their own accessibility policies.
• Articles you generate and publish appear on your own website. Their accessibility there depends on your site's theme and settings.

If you run into a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us so we can fix it.
